The last two Odd Covers episodes inspired this guest podcast from Jamie Quinn.

1. The Wonderstuff - Closer to Fine (Indigo Girls)

3. Rusty Cage - Johnny Cash (Soundgarden)
4. Round-n-Round - Lou Barlow (Ratt)
5. The Wedding Present - It's Not Unusual (Tom Jones)

116: Short & Raw

Rick MacDonald provides this week's guest podcast, the shortest Sinko ever...

The 5 tunes I have selected are as follows:

1. Monster X - Drug Culture
I'm actually not sure of the song title since my cousin borrowed my CD, but this band was quite awesome. I saw them in a church basement sometime in 1995, the walls shook.

2. Man Is The Bastard - Autopsy of Authority
3. Crossed out - Homegrown
These 2 bands were part of the infamous early 90's West Coast powerviolence movement...boy that sounded cheesy! About as raw as it gets.

4. No Comment - Life
I think this is my favorite song of all time. REALLY.

5. Napalm Death - Suffer (live)
I never really understood why these guys were supposed to be legendary or groundbreaking. But you gotta love this one.

94: The Fall

This episode of Sinko is the first of several guest-selected podcasts in the upcoming months. Episode 94 comes courtesy of James Quinn:

"How about 5 songs from the most prolific band of our generation, The Fall? 60 albums (both live and studio) since 1979." He culled their 60 albums to get these five songs...not an easy task.

1. I Can Hear the Grass Grow
2. Dead Beat Descendant
3. The Littlest Rebel
4. Mountain Energy
5. Two Librans
