116: Short & Raw
Rick MacDonald provides this week's guest podcast, the shortest Sinko ever...
The 5 tunes I have selected are as follows:
1. Monster X - Drug Culture
I'm actually not sure of the song title since my cousin borrowed my CD, but this band was quite awesome. I saw them in a church basement sometime in 1995, the walls shook.
2. Man Is The Bastard - Autopsy of Authority
3. Crossed out - Homegrown
These 2 bands were part of the infamous early 90's West Coast powerviolence movement...boy that sounded cheesy! About as raw as it gets.
4. No Comment - Life
I think this is my favorite song of all time. REALLY.
5. Napalm Death - Suffer (live)
I never really understood why these guys were supposed to be legendary or groundbreaking. But you gotta love this one.
